WE RECOMMEND EACH TEAM BOOK MIN 5 ROOMS THROUGH HOTEL PLANNER.

$500 FEE DUE IN ADVANCE

Tournament Pass: $30 Adults - $15 Children
Daily Tournament Fee: $10 Adults - $5 Children

Umpire Fees: $45 Pool / $50 Bracket

Double Elimination Bracket

  • 75 Min Games - Innings will be completed

  • Pool games will be used to seed for bracket.

  • Teams must play all pool games to advance to bracket.

SCOREKEEPING & AWARDS

Pool & Bracket

  • Home Team will furnish experienced adult scorekeeper minimum age 18.

  • Medallians will be awarded to 1st - 3rd place team players

  • Banners & Rings will be awarded to Champions and Runner-Up Teams

    Virtual meeting held in order to go over rules and regulations of tournament and answer any questions you may have. 1 coach from each team are required to attend. There will be 3 meeting times to accomodate all coaches schedules. 5:30 PM, 7:00PM, & 8:30PM

    Join us for a thrilling softball skills showcase accompanied by college coaches from all over. Showcase your abilities to take yourself to the next level.

    A special event for teams to be introduced, players to mingle, share stories, and enjoy a relaxed evening with fun activities and games before the games begin.

    Coach's are required to attend and register teams in order to be checked in and eligble to play in tournament. You will receive sign offs and patches at this time.
